Racketzone occupies the outdoor rink at the KEK ice-sports complex, Johannisburgstrasse 11 in Küsnacht, and is available for play only on a seasonal basis. During the summer season from early April to late September, it offers two mobile outdoor doubles courts with a weather-resistant VersaCourt plastic surface. Heavy rain or storms may interrupt operations.

Padel costs CHF 44 per hour on weekdays until 16:30 and CHF 64 later and throughout weekends. Rackets cost CHF 6 to rent and balls CHF 3. Floodlights, changing rooms, showers, parking, drinks and the adjacent Restaurant KEK complement the seasonal venue.
