Using our data
Share Atlas statistics, credit your sources and respect our datasets. Find the rules for using our content here.

Use Atlas statistics with attribution
You may share, adapt and republish the aggregated Padel Atlas statistics expressly released under CC BY 4.0, including commercially. Examples include court totals by federal state, national statistics and CSV and JSON downloads identified as aggregates.
- Credit PadelCompass and link to the original publication where reasonably practicable.
- Include a CC BY 4.0 notice and a link to the licence. Retain supplied copyright, source and disclaimer notices as required by the licence.
- Identify your changes and retain previous modification notices. Do not imply that PadelCompass endorses your offering.
We also recommend including the date of the data. The full conditions are in the licence text.
Example: Source: PadelCompass Padel Atlas, data date as shown on the source page, CC BY 4.0. If you make changes, add: “Presentation adapted”.
Venue and racket datasets
Our venue directories and racket databases are researched, checked and maintained editorially. Where the legal requirements are met, these collections are protected in particular by database makers’ rights under Sections 87a et seq. of the German Copyright Act. Our own texts, assessments and presentations may also be protected by copyright.
The Atlas aggregate licence does not cover the underlying individual venue or racket records, complete databases or other content that has not been expressly licensed. Licences already validly granted remain effective within their respective scope.
You may use our website normally, compare venues and rackets and link to our pages. Public availability does not provide additional permission to incorporate data into your own offering.
No systematic extraction without permission
Without our prior permission, you may not extract, reproduce, distribute or publicly communicate all or substantial parts of our protected datasets. This includes automated scraping, crawling and other extraction methods used to build or maintain third-party websites, venue directories, racket comparisons, databases, apps or data feeds.
This also applies to repeated and systematic extraction of small parts where it conflicts with normal exploitation of the database or unreasonably harms our legitimate interests. These rules cover commercial and non-commercial offerings. Attribution alone does not replace permission where permission is required for these protected datasets.
Statutory exceptions and existing licences
Uses permitted by law and mandatory statutory exceptions remain unaffected. We claim no exclusive right to mere facts or generally known information. Third-party rights, such as rights in manufacturers’ texts or images, remain unaffected.
Material expressly published under CC BY 4.0 remains subject to that licence. The restrictions on this page do not limit the rights it grants. CC BY rights already validly granted are not revoked as long as the licence conditions are met.
Would you like to use our data differently?
Email info@padelcompass.de and describe the data, the amount, the purpose and the offering in which you want to use it. We consider individual permissions and partnerships. Sending a request does not itself grant permission.
