The Old Rectory and adjoining Coach House in Berrynarbor share one outdoor padel court within their private holiday grounds in North Devon. This is an accommodation-based opportunity to play, not a public pay-and-play club. The two properties use the same court, so booking either house does not automatically give exclusive access throughout the day. The Old Rectory is a seven-bedroom holiday house, while the neighbouring Coach House can be booked separately or alongside it.

Court use is allocated from 10:00 to 13:00 for Coach House guests and from 13:00 to 16:00 for Old Rectory guests. Playing during the other property's window requires advance agreement and depends on availability. Day guests are not permitted.
