David Lloyd Eastbourne

David Lloyd Eastbourne offers two outdoor doubles padel courts at its Broadwater Way health club in Hampden Park. The uncovered courts provide open-air play within a membership-based leisure setting. The club is close to Hampden Park station and has free onsite parking as well as secure bicycle parking, so a game can fit into a visit by rail, car or cycle.

Court bookings are made through the David Lloyd Clubs app. Padel access is advertised for Platinum members; other members need the relevant racquets entitlement and guests a valid guest pass. Bookings are for doubles. Players can borrow padel racquets at reception and buy balls there, without needing to purchase a full personal kit before their first game. The branch has separate published email addresses for existing members and people asking about membership, helping direct practical questions to the appropriate team.
