Is the enquiry really free?
Yes. The enquiry and initial assessment are completely free and without obligation. Quotes from our partners are also non-binding; whether and with whom you proceed is entirely your decision. PadelCompass is financed through partnerships with vetted court construction companies, and this does not change the price you pay.
How quickly will I get an answer?
You receive an immediate confirmation by email and our initial assessment within 48 hours on business days. If you consented to partner referral, suitable partners will generally contact you within a few business days.
What happens to my data?
We use your details to process your enquiry. Only if you actively select the "Initial assessment plus up to three quotes" option in the form will we share your enquiry with up to three carefully vetted court construction partners, who may contact you by email or phone. You may withdraw either consent at any time, for example by emailing info@padelcompass.de. Details are provided in the privacy policy.
Do I need to use the calculators first?
No. You can submit an enquiry without any preparation. If you have used the Cost calculator, ROI calculator or Space planner your figures are transferred automatically and help make the assessment more specific.
What happens if you advise against it?
We will tell you honestly. Sometimes the location is unsuitable, costs are too high or the permit situation is too difficult. We explain why and outline alternatives, such as reducing the scale, choosing outdoor instead of indoor, or revisiting the project later. An honest no can save you more money than an overly optimistic recommendation.
