arenadrei is being developed as a large padel venue in the Gremsdorf business park directly by the A3 motorway. The plan includes three indoor double courts, one indoor single court and two outdoor double courts; during the soft opening, the outdoor courts are expected to be available first, with the indoor opening to follow later.

Booking is handled via Playtomic, where the venue is listed with daily playing times from 07:00 to 23:00. According to the Playtomic description, the concept includes free parking, racket and ball rental, Wi-Fi, lockers, snack bar, vending machines, accessible access, an outdoor lounge and community areas with table tennis and table football. During the soft opening, mobile toilets and outdoor showers are planned, while changing rooms will follow with the indoor opening.
